Introduction:

These Terms and Conditions are in place to protect your rights as a valued customer, but also the rights of Red Balloon Illustrations and as such, is an agreement between both parties.

TERMS OF SERVICE CHANGES AND UPDATES:

Through business evolvement, content within the Terms of Service and website can be changed, removed or tweaked. Red Balloon Illustrations reserves the right to be able to make these changes without notice. You as the customer are responsible for maintaining your knowledge of the most up to date Terms of Service or website changes.

USE OF WEBSITE:

Red Balloon Illustrations cannot be held responsible for any incorrect data you provide. Please be assured that all data is managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and measures are in place to avoid any interception but cannot be 100% guaranteed. Red Balloon Illustrations cannot guarantee that all website content is without error or that the website is always available for your use, but every effort is made to minimise these issues from occurring.

PRICES & PAYMENT:

The prices of Red Balloon Illustrations can be modified at its discretion.

Payments can be made using PayPal or bank transfer which offers a secure transaction. You do not need to have an account to be able to use PayPal, but please do refer to PayPal’s Terms and Conditions.

All deposits required for commission work are non-refundable.

DELIVERIES:

Red Balloon Illustrations makes every effort to adhere to the delivery dates that are mutually agreed upon, but sometimes events involving lateness or loss caused by third parties or an Act of God can interfere with this. Red Balloon Illustrations cannot be held responsible for this. Neither will we be held responsible for package deliveries being left in a ‘safe’ place as a delivery option.  Red Balloon reserves the right to a period of enquiry to make a sound decision for either a reimbursement or replacement. For commission work reimbursement will be for balance payment only.

If any item is damaged on delivery and is a genuine cause for complaint, it must be photographed and emailed across to Red Balloon Illustrations within 48hrs. At the customer’s expense, the item should be returned before a refund will be considered. For commission work this will be on the balance payment only.

Deliveries can be made internationally, but pricing will be made on an individual basis to incorporate any additional external delivery charges. You as the customer will be responsible for this extra cost. Red balloon Illustrations reserves the right to refuse delivery to countries that Royal Mail do not cover.

RETURNS POLICY:

Once you accept your initial artwork proof during the commission process, you are stating your illustration as being approved. In addition, there can be no returns due to the nature of the illustration being personal to you the customer.

OWNERSHIP:

Kirsty M Robson retains all rights to any Red Balloon Illustrations inclusive of logo, social media and website illustrations. Copyright remains even after purchase and as such prohibits any reproduction, even partial reproduction, without prior permission from Kirsty M Robson.
